Landlord.org Corporation ("we," "us") operates landlord.org. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
When you use our DPA finder or lender matching tools, we collect the information you provide: email address, ZIP code, income range, household size, and whether you're a first-time buyer. If you request lender matching, we also collect your name, phone number (optional), and estimated purchase price.
We use your information to match you with down payment assistance programs, send you your personalized program report via email, connect you with participating lenders (if requested), and send occasional follow-up emails about programs in your area. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use Mailgun to send emails, Cloudflare for security, and may share your contact information with lender partners only if you explicitly request lender matching through our form. Lender partners are bound by their own privacy policies.
We do not store your financial information (income, credit score, household size) after generating your program matches. Your email address and ZIP code are retained to send your report and follow-up communications.
We use minimal cookies for security (Cloudflare Turnstile) and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time. To request deletion of all your data, email [email protected].
